bnb Alexandroupolis is not just a property management company. Currently managing over 70 properties, it stands out for its highly personalized service, featuring dedicated hostesses, specialized technical staff, and multilingual support (with a strong focus on the Turkish-speaking market). Its goal? To reach 120 premium properties and become the leading boutique hospitality brand in Thrace.
NatWork undertook the role of strategic “Growth Partner” for bnb Alexandroupolis, implementing a 360-degree plan:
We moved away from the “cliché” industry colors and built a visual identity around the concept of a “Modern Sanctuary,” using earthy, sophisticated tones (Slate Teal and Oak Wood) that exude prestige.
We designed and developed the website bnbalexandroupolis.com with full support for 3 languages, transforming it into an international, autonomous direct booking channel that reduces dependence on third parties, while laying the foundations for advanced integrations.
We established a presence on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google. Every caption was crafted with strict SEO and Geo-targeting rules, enhancing local searchability.
We didn’t just stop at organic reach. We produced exclusive Turkish-language video content, which was utilized through targeted paid campaigns (Ads) directly in the Turkish market, attracting premium visitors from the neighboring country.
